Can U Say Arrogant? in Washington, District of Columbia 58 months ago	These guys are a joke. If you take notes at the wrong time during the interview or say a word that they dont particularly like youre out of the running!!!!! I'm speaking of the Regional Sales Director and the Reg. Human Res. Manager. I've been in retail 26 years and a DM for 12. As a matter of fact they were even lucky I was taking the time to interview with them! Consider this.... in Farmington, Utah 57 months ago	I worked for Blockbuster, at times it was a great job. But in the end the company felt like it was pushing money ahead of customers 100%. Know that they will want you to sell, sell, sell! Rewards, Online Memberships, etc... In my district a person is hardly ever recognized or patted on the back for a job well done, even if you do sell. No commission is involved and the motto seems to be "do it because its your job or get fired". Its nice to know you do your job well, and sadly it will go unnoticed. If you like selling for 7$ an hour, never getting praised, and looked as a figure that should sell (2 years and my small area manager never remembered my name even though I was its top seller), and fired me for bringing a movie back late :P.
