After the interview were you given a paper?

I went to a interview Jan 25th, And was given a paper at the end by HR, Stating our goal is to provide you with the results of your interview within three weeks. My Question is did everyone receive the paper? Or did you get hired on the spot?

I went to the same interview and got a letter as well. Also the HR said check the website and my email for the results as they were not making any offers that day of the interview

I was there on Jan 25th as well and interviewed for the Assembler B Position. Everyone was given the paper by HR; I still haven't heard back from them.

I got a letter to. Check boeing website are you still under consideration? I have heard as long as you are still under consideration you just have to wait.

Same here... Interviewed on the 25th in Seattle for the same position. I got the 3 week paper as well. Then a couple days ago on the 13th I got the offer. Now I am just waiting for the background and drug test to clear.

*sigh* it has sure been a LONG process... I just hope there are no glitches!

Did anyone else get a response?

I was also there on the 25th and still haven't heard a thing. I know a guy who was no longer under consideration just 2 weeks after the interview. The good thing is we're all still under consideration, but I'm beginning to worry about this. It's been a month already.

Hi I as well interviewed for assembler B still no respnse 2 months later but still under consideration...what does this mean??

I'm in the same position Nate. I interviewed on the 25th for the Assembler B position in Seattle but still no word. The website still indicates "Under Consideration." I think Yoda mentioned his start date is in the middle of May; he was hired 3 weeks after the interview. They may be waiting on the offers since the training doesn't start for another couple of months. They interview, hire and train in bunches so the delay may be due to the late start date in May. At least I hope that's the case. Good luck and let me know of any changes.

Do you guys have aerospace experience, or transferable skills?

I do sometimes wonder if sometimes they don't update BESS? I only say that because I have been under consideration for a few jobs since September! I never heard anything on those, no interview or anything!

I guess all I can add is to keep applying anyway!

Yeah I have 17 years sheet metal exp. and just finished a aerospace assembly mechanic certificate program so yeah I have transferable skills I think. I to am "under consideration" for several jobs as well I'm just frustrated with the one I interviewed for on the 25th...I guess if it's meant to be they say

Ya, it's frustrating for sure! They keep us fricken hanging so long!
Do you feel like the interview went really well, or just well?

I am disappointed that they pushed my start date out so far!
I have been unemployed since August!

Anyway, I hope you get your call soon! I would guess that several people fall out due to background or drug tests etc. so they keep you hanging as a replacement I guess in case some of the offers fall through...

Purely speculation though... Good luck!

Congrats Seaaz! I interviewed on the 25th and still waiting for a response other than 'Under Consideration.' I just interviewed for a new job today, I hope Boeing hurries up and let's me know either way.
