When you get the "congrats" email along with the application, will that automatically lead to an interview?

The job I applied for opened on 11/15. I applied on 11/16. On 11/17 I got that "congrats" email... Not sure what to think of that?

No, I got a congrats email once that did not lead to an interview.

No, it's like saying "Welcome to the next round" which would be to fill out an online application. The hiring manager will then decide which candidates from that group will be invited to interview based on an evaluation of the resumes.
