Hi everyone,

I had a contingent offer from Boeing about a month ago. My offer got withdrawn with failed security background investigation due to counting all compensations as my base pay, although all compensation I received was in my month pay and I have my W-2 for it. I was pissed at the time since they could not verify my information; OPM was able to verify and issue top secret security clearance. Verification Inc sent me a fedex package saying I had a concern and case was closed.

Anyways, Boeing security told me I can reapply for the position in 18 months, which I told them to f**k off and applied to other companies. At the time, all my contingent offers were withdrawn. Day after my offer was withdrawn, Verification Inc sent me another fedex package saying my concern was fixed and ready. I didn't care about it at the time since I told Boeing to f**k off. Today, I received an email from Boeing, and another job offer just popped up with request to fill out a new application to a different position.

I'm deciding whether I should submit this application or not. Is 18 months probation throughout all Boeing positions or a specific position?

Hmmm... Well, what 'cha gonna do?
I would think that you could not apply for anything or 18 months.... But if they fixed it, then? I dunno?
I'm curious to see what happens.

I don't know if they fixed it or if it is error somewhere...
The concern from verification inc was not about the base pay I put down.
However, Boeing security was saying the concern from verification inc and my base pay I indicated were problems.
I didn't know what makes difference if I received compensation in monthly pay and got taxed.
I provided W-2 but they said it wan't good enough.
I know verification inc fixed the concern problem.
I don't know if they consider base pay issue as ineligible.
Still debating whether I should submit or not...
I talked to few guys at Boeing, but all of them said they never saw someone screwed up so bad.

Well call them back and ask.
If you told them to F-off that might not workout so well.
But what have you got to lose at this point? Call them.
