yodafafoda in Woodinville, Washington 4 months ago	I have been invited to an interview in Everett. I don't know what to talk about here.... Let's just start some dialogue. They will all be behavioral questions I think... And if selected, and once everything clears, how long is the training. I heard 12 weeks.. Seems like a long time? Thats all without pay, too.... The first day of work is orientation day; AFTER training.. Right? And wouldn't you think with ANY aerospace experience I would have an excellent chance? They've only delivered three (I think) 787s... Jay in Everett, Washington 4 months ago	First off, if you have an interview, they want to hire you! You are giving them reasons not to hire you once you take the interview. Secondly your training will differ based on what job you are doing. And all of the training is paid. Thirdly it took me about 6 months from application date to hire date. yodafafoda in Woodinville, Washington 4 months ago	How long was your training? I actually worked there about 12 years ago. ...had some kids etc... So my path changed a little... Ha! I used to be a sealer on 777... Mostly panels and wing-jig. So it's been a while... I'm sure stuff has changed? I have other aerospace experience too.... Anyway, ya... How long was your training? Jay in Everett, Washington 4 months ago	My training is 3 months long I'm sure it will be longer as I'll have to shadow somebody, after the interview I waited 5 days for an offer then I took the UA then eye test, medical questionnaires, and then at the Orr employment processing I had a hearing test done. - Was this comment helpful? It is good to know that they want to hire me already before I go to the interview. Now I just have to make sure I do not convince them otherwise. Also, I can't seem to email my Boeing resume out of the system. I want to email it so I can work on it and tailor it to other jobs coming up. One thing I'm not sure about is that they told me they don't do the deciding. I'm skeptical that was the truth. How could somebody else decide? Hmm, oh well. You have to turn a negative into a positive. Also, dont make them brief. Explain you answers in DETAIL. At the end of the interview you will be told NOT to tell anybody what the questions might be.
