I found the wage card on the IAM site...
How can you figure out what grade each job is?

look at the job rec.then look at the job class...last # is the grade..most mech. come in at a grade 4.. good luck

So inspectors are grade 8? I was thinking they were grade 6?
I worked there 12 years ago... But I don't remember, and I'm sure things have changed?

...so is it the last number of the job class, or the job rec?

job class..it might say 30304..wich is a grade 4
