Hi all,
I went for interview on Jan 26th and after 2 weeks, i.e. on Feb 9th I received a call from the manager that i would be getting the offer soon.. Can anybody tell what is their process now.. The offer will be thru email or fedex? and they would require a drug test and bacground check? How long does it take? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I too had an interview - mine was one day earlier on the 25th.
I got my contingent offer today... It was all electronic... Somebody from BESS called told me to log in to my acct...

It was not the hiring manager. It was a Boeing Employment Staffing Specialist. I logged in immediately, and it was there.

Okay, i meant did u receive any notification earlier that ur offer was coming? Like i received a call from the manager that i will get the offer soon and I am still waiting.

I kind of gave up on getting an offer. I had two interviews for two different jobs. One of them I felt really good about, and I did not get that one. So I just kinda figured I wouldn't get an offer for the other one. Then today I did.

It's kind of comical, really. Today was the first day I did not obsess about it and check my email and my BESS acct. evey 30-60 minutes; then whoop, there it is!

Like I said, I just hope there are no glitches... :-/

Did they meet your salary expectations? Have u started ur drug test etc

The drug test directions are supposed to come in another email which I expect tomorrow as it was the end of the day when I got the call.

Please keep me updated about your progress with drug test etc.. I got a call to update my application, some info was incomplete.. So just did that..hope to get the offer today.. where r u joining? Seattle or everett?
