How long after an interview in Dec. 2011? (assembler, Everett WA)

I know this question has been asked before in the past but operations and procedures have changed since then. So, I was wondering if anybody who has had an interview recently in 2011 for an assembler position can give any insight on how long it took for them to give u a job offer afterwards? In Washington, Everett. Its been 2 and 1/2 weeks now and Im worried.

I just had an interview on Wednesday dec 14th for an inspector position, for which I got the offer 3 says later. There seemed to be twice as many sealers and assemblers there, so maybe it will be a few weeks. They do have a 10 day break due to the holidays, so just be patient. How did your interview go?

I interviewed Dec 7 with them for the Assembler B position and I got the job offer on the 13th for it. I am now in the process of going through my background checks

The interview went ok. It wasn't great. My interview was on Dec. 7. I guess I'll just wait it out through the holidays. lol. It just sucks bc my fiancee is putting a lot of pressure on me to get a good job. oh well

Yea, I was at the Dec 7 interview to. But I still haven't recieved any offer yet. I hope that the timeline all depends on the hiring manager. I heard that depending on the hiring manager, some process the offers quicker. hoping...

how many years maintenence experience do you have?

Maybe the combination of your interview going "ok" and lack of experience in a technical field is whats holding you back. Of course, I could be completely wrong so dont take my word for it. You havent gotten anything stating you WONT get the job so just keep hoping for the best.

I interviewed for my Everett "assembler" position in July and didnt get the offer till October. Sometimes it takes a while. During the Christmas season they slow down hiring until the new year, so remember that.
