how long the hiring process will take after a 2nd interview for Weights Operation Technical Analyst

I had my first interview about 3 weeks ago, and my 2nd interview for the same job about 16 days ago.
The job was at Boeing Field for Weight Operation Department.
I was just wondering how long the process will take after you had your 2nd interview?
Do they notify you even if they not hiring you?
The situation here is very confuse because on my 2nd interview, it was very informal, the staffs there show me around the facilities and briefly explain what is their duties.
The lead there told me they are down to 4 candidates and there only 2 positions available.
I talk to a lot of people work at Boeing and they said jobs are varies.
What are my chances here? I was so anxious and can't sleep since my 2nd interview, can anyone answer some of my question, I know its kinda obvious but I just wonder what the process there was like.
