I stumbled onto this page: www.boozallen.com/careers/topjobs/jmo-careers And I am just trying to get a feel for what level of job one would come in as, and in the DC area what one could expect in terms of salary. Let's assume a normal applicant has 5 years of experience and a Master's degree, likely an MBA or something comparable business or finance, and probably at least a basic clearance. Can anybody chime in? Has anybody used this program? |

Tried this route in the past. Starting salary about $5K lower than my military pay. This is without taking into consideration that it would be twice as expensive to live in DC than my current location. This kind of felt like a slap in the face, especially since military pay is published and should be known to recruiters. |

This is actually an interesting situation considering the HR people actually knew I was trying to decide between the job with Booz and another job. I don't make life decisions based on money... but when i'm having a very difficult time deciding between 2 equally enticing jobs and the only discernible difference is money, it seems like bad business practice on the part of BAH. Maybe i have unrealistic expectations, but what is the average salary for someone with extensive IT background, high security clearance, masters, and 5 yrs of military officer experience? |
