At Boyd Gaming we respect the differences among individuals. This extends to our belief that there is no one-size-fits-all health care plan. This has led the Company to offer all team members a choice among three different health care plans so that they can get the medical coverage that best fits their needs.
All three health plan options include pharmacy coverage, including low costs for generic prescription drugs and a mail-order program for maintenance medications.
Dental Coverage / Vision Coverage
•No charge for preventative dental care
•Limited deductibles and co-insurance for more dental services
•Vision coverage provides both routine vision and primary eye care
•Low costs for exams, glasses, frames, and contact lenses
Company-Paid Life Insurance
All team members covered by one of the Company health care plans are also covered by our Company-paid life insurance policy. Any dependents who are covered by one of our health care plans also receive Company-paid life insurance.
We also offer optional benefits that team members can choose to enroll in for extra insurance coverage. These options include:
Voluntary Life Insurance
In addition to the Company-paid life insurance that comes with our health plans you can also elect to receive additional coverage for you and your dependents.
Voluntary Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance
We also offer our team members the opportunity to purchase disability insurance for short or long term disabilities.
Critical Illness Insurance
This benefit pays a lump sum cash amount upon the diagnosis of a critical illness. Also available to dependents.
This benefit pays a lump sum cash amount for specified accidents and accidental death. Also available to dependents.
Universal Life Insurance
Provides life insurance and also builds cash value over time. Also available to dependents.
