I just recently got hired by Bright Now Dental, here in Utah still referred to as Monarch Dental. To be completely honest, I'm not sure how my cover letter and resume ended up on the desk of the operations manager responsible for the specialty dentists and their teams! I was on a F/T quest to find the highest paid job, offering most benefits if not all and a work environment both fun yet professional. I was called into one of their offices to meet with this particular woman. We spoke for about 30 - 40 minutes and I was invited to come back the next day for a working interview and landed the job. It depends what type of experience you have as well as areas of interest. I could see about getting you an interview or atleast the steps to take, people to contact, etc. if you want to e-mail me or what not. I like the company a lot so far for various reasons. One being, the opportunity for growth within the company. There are several offices, dentists, co-workers, specialties or not where an assistant can grow and learn from whatever level. Good luck and let me know if I can help you out or put in a good word for you. By the way, I was told that my cover letter was what really sealed the deal for them regarding my first interview and I made sure I sent thank-you's to all people who helped me out and let me "in their space" for the day! to be honest ? to get a job in bright now isn't hard as you think . you pretty much had to apply and pass a back ground check but i had to tell you people ! working for these company come with a load of head aches i work with these people for 2 year's and what i learn that you never get a rise you had to take classes that teach you how to sale dental product and to top it all they start you some where from 8 buck to 10 if you are a DA and for RDA 12 to 15 depend on the state and office pretty much bright now its like western dental but with little class they don't care for there own people much as there patient read there review google it for your self and you thank your self you did because working for these people they ask so much and give so little if you ask me i don't see these company be around for the next 10 years for many reason.... PS. FOR THE LADY ABOVE YOUR COVER LETTER DIDN'T GET YOU THE JOB HONEST ANY ONE WHO APPLY CAN WORK FOR BRIGHT NOW YOU DON'T NEED TO GO TO SCHOOL AND GET A X-RAY LICENSE JUST APPLY EASY AS THAT SO NEXT TIME YOU SEE A DA TAKEN X-RAY ON YOUR MOUNTH COULD BE A NON LICENSE DENTAL ASSISTANT ;0P |

Bright Now Dental is a horrible place to work. If they were doing so well , then they would not be opening offices all over the country under Alias names. I have been in management for many years, and Bright Now Dental is all about money. They do not care about their Doctors, Managers, Staff or Patients !! all they care about it getting that dollar !!~ Horrible, Horrible experience... please check it out with the BBB before you look an farther. |
