The residents there are awesome! It's the management you really have to watch out for, they don't care if you have to work 12 hour shifts, 23 days in a row, just as long as they don't have to do the work! Be really careful about working for this company, they don't care about the employees or take very good care of the residents. |

You are so right. They do not care about anyhting except thier pockets. They have so many un professional higher up management working for them. They have no idea about licenses and regulations. I hope this is only the two groups we are discussing or they surely will not survive, they need to start at the regional positions and regroup. |
