I out in for a position at this facility quite a while ago and have not heard a thing, even whether they received the online application that I filled out. What gives with them?

I spent over an hour sitting in their lobby--among Wonderful residents--filling out the their extensive application. I was never granted the courtesy of either a (promised) personal interview at the time or a return telephone call. Is this typical of the company's culture?
