What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at C.H. Robinson Worldwide?

What do you like best about working at C.H. Robinson Worldwide? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

We were $35,000 base + commision after 3 mos. I made 45K in my first 2 years. My manager was pulling over 6 figures after being there for 5 years.

Benefits were a step up from the bottom of the barrel. They actually *force* you to put in 50, 55 hours a week. While you should be willing to work more than 40hrs a week it's technically illegal to compel employees to work mor than 40. I've been invited to join a few class action suits even since I left 3 years ago.

More importantly, those hours aren't always needed. I can see putting in as much as 60hrs a week in November and December. But when the market dies in Jan and Feb, CHRW is basically paying you to surf the internet at least 6 hours a week.
