What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does COMSYS stack up against the competition? |

You must realize Comsys is a recruiting firm. They got me a contract position. I don't expect any more than that. |

Do not believe anything they say. I was told that the position I was hired for was contract to hire, and that at the end of my 6 month contract I would be hired on as full time employee with benefits for the company the contract was for. This was anything but the case. At the end of the 6 months, which ends in March, the project will be completed and all contract employees will be let go. One of the other people I work with was told when he was recruited that some comsys employees had alread been brought on by the company. This was a total lie. As I said before, run away and do not trust a word they say. |

I agree with the person who said, "They are a recruiter" and therefore you should always remember that. I was a contractor through Comsys for 7 or 8 months and had no problems. I received my paychecks on time and my paid time off was always correct. This is one of the few contract companies that gives PTO. However, many companies bring in contractors with the intent of never converting them to full time. Does Comsys know this? Perhaps they do but, the bottom line is, this is the price that you pay for working as a contractor. Actually, this is also the same price that employees pay. So, save your money and be prepared if you are let go early or if you are held up, or never converted to full time employment. |

Comsys, at least in Dallas, does not offer PTO or any type of vaction/holiday pay. Also, if the company you work for is closed due to a company holiday - you as a contractor with comsys DO NOT get paid for that day.
