Comsys - contract recruiting positions and interview practices

Comsys apparently has a number of contract recruiting positions scattered throughout the US. I interviewed for one of them. They are paying substandard wages and commissions (about 40% of the going rate) and subject all applicants to a rather bizarre personality test and a number of "hurdle" interviews. Their objective is, apparently, to hire a bunch of people on low wage contracts with promises of "growth" and "sort out the bodies". Their approach is absolutely not straightforward in any way. Most of their management are not professional recruiters but are former sales people. I would caution anyone about this "opportunity".
