Newsflash management.. providing two white shirts that cant be bleached to workers that stand outside in the heat, wind and dirt for ten-twelve hours a day isnt going to pan out into the "neat and professional" standard.

You have an emergency or a question? Good luck because they never answer their phones and rarely return a call despite the plethora of messages youve left. They would rather pinch pennies than service the faulty wires, brakes and various engine issues that leave their vehicle patrol guards stalled in the middle of the road for several hours at a time. Dont request time off because they conveniently "never got the papers" that youre forced to drive 45 minutes each direction to their office location to submit in writing. Get sick? Family emergency? Dont try to call out theyd rather you be onsite and vomiting in the bushes than home recovering so you can do your job properly.
Other guard companies send a supervisor or at least check to ensure their employees safety concerns are satiated in the event of life threats, assaults, major incidents. The majority of the guards are unarmed, no personal protection of any kind yet placed in the grittiest, dirtiest, most low-life infested areas with minimal light or cover. CPS doesnt care whether youre hyperventalating or breathing at all as long as theres a body on post wearing blue and grey patches.
