It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Cabela's?

If you're a local, you may have to work at it. They're liking to hire out of towners these days and if that's you, then you're in the door no matter what. The sad part is that they don't last long.

They like friendly sportsmen who don't cause trouble.
