CMAS is a terrible company to work for and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone who actually needs to work.

I had endless problems receiving feedback, my pay scale differed from what was discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process and sales and other reports came months after being requested.

After quitting CMAS my final pay check took close to two months to arrive and when its status was inquired about I was told "it's in the mail" and after a month I was told it was Canada Posts fault.

Getting a return call or email from anyone there was like pulling teeth and then the answer at least half the time did not match the question asked.

When, while working for them still, I asked about automatic deposit for pays (saves trees, hassle, time) I was told that each deposit for each pay period would cost the company $50. Not only is that ridiculous, but with minimal effort on my part I discovered that that was, in fact, very untrue.

If you do end up working for CMAS, then know that all the other company reps for the other product lines are being paid roughly $2 per hour more than you plus they get bonuses like free food, travel expenses paid, automatic deposit of their pay and a manager that is actually local to where you are.

Overall, in my opinion, Canadian Merchandising & Assembly Services is a very unprofessional company.
