The work load varies a lot and routes can be quite spread out. Expect to drive on average 150 miles per day. The company does not reimburse you for gas or supplies, and you are expected to drive your personal vehicle to each job.
If you're willing to work long hours, you should be able to make a lot of money. Overall, management could be much better. Favoritism exists and there is a definite lack of communication. Be sure to watch payroll like a hawk, as there are infrequent discrepancies in which your pay will be wrong (It has never been more than it should be).
Overall, installing DISH can be rewarding but this contractor leaves a lot to be desired considering what the other Atlanta subcontractors are offering and the overall quality of the people in this company.
