The CBS ads are a joke

I have over 30 years' broadcasting experience and have won many local broadcasting awards in Las Vegas, including "Best Local Morning Personality" for 2007 and "Best Local Radio Personality" for 2008. In the past year, I have applied three different times after seeing CBS's ads, only to be told you have to speak with the program director in advance, or he won't accept your job package. This isn't mentioned anywhere in any of their listings. On my most recent visit to their offices, the receptionist literally threw away my disc and resume right in front of me, saying she was "required to do so for anyone the program director hasn't spoken to first." Now, try and call the PD to talk to him first, and see how that goes for you.
