Celerion Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Celerion?

Any advice on striking the right note?

The first interview is a phone interview. Pretty easy. You give your background of education and work history.
-Name a time where you dealt with an irate customer
-How would you handle working with a co-worker or supervisor that you didn't get along/communicate well with?
-Why are u interested in Celerion?
-Why do you feel you're qualified?
-Name a time where there was a problem with communication between you and a customer
-What experience do you have working with the public?
-What do you like most about your job?
-What do you do at your current job?
-Describe the ideal boss
-Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
-Name two things that are important to you for your next job
-If I were to call your former employers, how would they describe you as a worker?

I can't think of anymore, but those are the ones I remember her asking

-Name a time where you let yourself down at work (or something like that)
