Most likely you'll have at least two interviews if you progress. A lot of public agencies use oral boards, as does CCCSD. It is comprised of 3 outside people to do preliminary questions and rankings.
You may have a writing assignment ahead of the interview (a hypothetical scenario for example). There likely will be "standard" questions that might include safety, why you are the best person for the job, detail an example of a time you ...(conflict, project success/fail, etc).
It is always good to know if there are established internal candidates, including any that have been filling the position provisionally.
Dress for success, make good eye contact, respond with what you know, and have something ready for the final "do you have anything else you'd like to add".
