Questions about relocating to DC for a job opportunity with the CIA

I'm currently finishing my undergraduate degree in Psychology and social behavior at a university of California, have about 2 more years until I graduate. I've been thinking of applying for a student internship opportunity, but would that mean that I'd have to relocate? I want to move to the DC area and work for the headquarters, but I've researched that the cost of living is ridiculous. I'm from a low income family (my family is on welfare) and I get financial aid from the government.

My question is, how hard would it be for me to relocate to the DC area and have a chance for a job with the CIA altogether?
