The funny thing about that video is that it makes the CIA seem like a racially diverse place and some parts of it are, e.g. many of the support and admin roles are filled with minorities, but the video also suggests that the NCS or the DO (as it's still called in the halls) is diverse and it's defintely not. There are few minorities in the DO; the majority of the DO is lily white and that's one of the big problems with the Agency. How can we obtain the penetrations that we need in the areas of the world where caucasian person stands out like a strobe light in the dark.
