Any advice for someone trying to get in?

My advice would be to stay away from the company. I got my second interview 3 months after my first interview. I later found out that the person in the position was the seventh person to leave the department because of a racist and bullying director.

I work for a Charming Shoppes Company and let me just express how unorganized this company is. Someone up there is corporate needs to get their heads screwed on correctly and teach the right hand to listen to the left hand and get this company turned around. Quit basing your revenues on instant credit and put your marketing department to use and try for once going for a new customer base. No one wants your damn credit cards at 23% interest. We are given a credit goal each week and if you do not make it your job is constantly threatend. Constant harrassing emails and phone calls throughout the work day make working there horrible.
