Management is not committed to keeping educated employees. In the credit department, a VP who has been with the company 20 years was too imtimidated by a racist director who chased 9 people out of the department.

My D.M. in Orlando was straight from hell. She wanted the oldest store in the district to have a back room floor (with 20 yr old linoleum)to have the same look as the 6 month old store nearby- a floor that no one sees, mind you.This was one of several ridiculous demands that she made, and she loves to rule by fear. This was a few years ago, and the long term managers were dropping like flies due to her.

This is the worst company to work for. They allow DM's and ASM's to bully employees. Treat you like crap, I could go on forever...I wasted 6+ years of my life working for them.
