Does anyone have inside information as to what is going on with Chase in Phoenix? Are they laying off? Are employees receiving outplacement services?

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE! For starters they are located at 1820 E. Sky Harbor Circle So. which is directly under the final approach to Sky Harbor Airport. The building is overcrowded, the bathrooms reek and everyone will probably have cancer in the next 20 yrs because of airplane exhaust (the fumes permeate the place). This facility handles collections and loss mitigation for their retail home lending business both non-conforming and conforming (read: FreddieMac, Fannie and Ginnie Mae). Here is what is going on: THey are currently seeking to get rid of everyone by any means as they prepare to outsource to Central America and the Philipines. Meaning you WILL BE FIRED for the slightest infraction of rules and they are ruthless about FDCPA enforcement. It is cited incessantly as reasons for both termination and as reasons not to pay bonuses. Also if they fire all of these people that means they will not have to pay separation pay and benefits for people who are downsized. The corporate culture can be summarized most succinctly as follows: JAMIE DIMON ('DEAR LEADER') DOES NOT APPRECIATE YOU. He cares more about his 'fortress balance sheet' and what he looks like in a pair of tight jeans than he does about his own mother. And if you don't believe me then take a look at the interior photos of his Chicago home now on the market for $9.5MM. The man actually has a HUGE blown-up photo of himself gracing the wall on the main staircase AND it only shows him from the neck down and waist up wearing his tie and gold cufflinks with the classic arms-crossed stance (you have to wonder what else he blows up but I digress...)
