No I don't think they will survive. Too many cash advance stores out there and they are doing nothing different then any of the other stores. They have very poor communication skills and very high turnover. Cater to the bottom of the barrel employees.

they already have plans on moving their headquarters and from what I hear they are not much bigger than the current home base so I don't think expansion is in their minds...

Why do you think he really cares? It is my understanding he has left the building he has other issues besides rumor has it CNG put filters on their website to keep the little people out since the prefer to be blind to the on goings in the company outside sources are not welcome. NO ONE THAT EVER EMAILED THEM IN THE LAST YEAR HAS GOTTEN A RESPONSE THAT WE KNOW OF.

But if you think you are able to do what others have failed at make them give a care the emails were DDavis@ChecknGO.com he is currently the Davis in charge, DClark@ChecknGo.com, etc. By the way very brave of you to put your name on the website CNG is watching these websites one girl was fired for participating on the forum.

You knoow guys there are some Companies which are disinterested in the well-being of people ( I mean there's nothing good about a payday loan to begin with) but my point is how much can they possibly care for their employees when the nature of the business is to profit by the misfortune of others? Upon my employment with CNG I remember at orientation the speaker said to take advantage of CNG by making CNG a stepping stone to your future. Like many of you, I too had had enough being over worked, under paid, forced to collect on monies I would never have loaned to begin with, confused by the constant change of rules & bonuses, and many other issues...I decided that on 03-04-2003, after being forced by threat of termination to distribute flyers in the pouring rain and when I slipped and hurt myself in so doing, I made them my stepping stone! That was 5 years ago I claimed Wrkr's Comp. and I was paid the entire time over $2000 a month in time-loss, $4,000 a year in misc. books and school materials, put through school all these years and graduated this June with my AA & Paralegal Certificate and I was just recently released from Wrkr's Comp. and am now collecting Unemployment for the 2nd time since my fall. CNG will fight you all the way but if you keep your ducks in a row, fight fair and hard...CNG ALWAYS..ALWAYS..ends up screwing up, losing paperwork etc... In fact I had an entire year free health Insurance because they didnt offer COBRA to me within the legal time-frame and in one call to the FED's CNG was threatened with a $50,000.00 fine and then I was given an entire year's free healthcare and COBRA which is still in effect. Make it worthwhile for you, DON'T GIVE UP, YOU ARE DEALING WITH CROOKS!!!

Well one of the girls on the other forum in OH WAS fired for participating on that forum and free speech does not apply as your employment says that you will not go public in paper or print or speak with news persons. Another girl in IN was fired for that too. Read the forum with the 600+ comments

what was the timeframe just curious as one of the people on the other forum have been waiting since June for paperwork. She is under the one with 600 comments

in answer to your question...Here's the answer and the link and she ought "at Best" contact the US Dept. of labor ! I left 22 mssgs with the HR DEPT and never had anyone answer the line but when I had US Depot of labor 3 way the call B A M !!! !How do I find out about COBRA coverage and how do I elect to take it?
Employers or health plan administrators must provide an initial general notice if you are entitled to COBRA benefits. You probably received the initial notice about COBRA coverage when you were hired.

When you are no longer eligible for health coverage, your employer has to provide you with a specific notice regarding your rights to COBRA continuation benefits. Here is the sequence of events:

First, employers must notify their plan administrators within 30 days after an employee’s termination or after a reduction in hours that causes an employee to lose health benefits.

Next, the plan administrator must provide notice to individual employees and their covered dependents of their right to elect COBRA coverage within 14 days after the administrator has received notice from the employer.

Finally, you must respond to this notice and elect COBRA coverage by the 60th day after the written notice is sent or the day health care coverage ceased, whichever is later. Otherwise, you will lose all rights to COBRA benefits. Spouses and dependent children covered under your health plan have an independent right to elect COBRA coverage upon your termination or reduction in hours. If, for instance, you have a family member with an illness at the time you are laid off, that person alone can elect coverage.
