Worked there for almost 20 year, and was laid off for literally filing a EEO complaint. That was the only reason...I am betting my replacement will be hired on Monday.

CCBSUX, I cannot discuss the nature of my complaint other than to say that the behavior of their management and the treatment of employees who in some way in one of the protected minority groups was totally illegal and discriminatory.
What you would need to do is contact or go down in person to the nearest EEOC field office and file a complaint. I would also advise getting an attorney as well.

John Fiore, the wit and intelligence of your post sounds like typical Chevy Chase Management.

Funny that anyone who disagrees with boobsy, I mean chesty thinks they are management lol I am not management, just a happy worker bee that keeps my nose clean and doesnt come to work with a chip on my shoulder.

I dont surf on company time either, I guess you probably did and maybe one reason you were let go. Just because you do things wrong doesnt mean everyone else does and they singled you out for it lol
