I WORKED FOR THE OVERLAND PARK STORE SINCE BEFORE IT OPENED I WAS PROMISED A SHIFT LEAD POSITION PROMISED AND PROMISED AND THEY JUST KEPT GIVING IT TO OTHER LESS QUALIFIED PEOPLE THEY HAVE A HIGH TURN OVER RATE AND A LOT OF EMPTY PROMISES THE GENERAL MANAGER HAS NO IDEAL ON HOW TO RUN A CREW OR EVEN A STORE HE JUST PROMOTES HIS FRIENDS.

Went in and interviewed with this company only to find out that the position had been filled. A mere 72 hours later the position is reposted. Interesting....

Interview process was a joke...manager waffled on a lot of the details. Would avoid this opportunity like the plague.
