What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does Cintas stack up against the competition? |

And if they don't get terminated, they leave because the new people they hire are making more than their current employees who never received their annual review and/or raise. It's almost like they want ridiculously high turnover... |

This company has gotten away from it's roots of employee loyalty and current practices are damaging to customers. They just severed half of the worker's in the state of Florida. That includes service managers, sales staff, service drivers, etc...The new leadership from the Northern parts of America have alienated the most loyal and top performers. The turnover has been unbelieveable, and the treatment of employees have been deplorable. Look for numerous lawsuits to arise and open up the inner workings of this company! |

My experience with Cintas interviewing for a Document Management Sales position was pathetic. I was excited about the opportunity but have never experienced a recruiting situation like Cintas. I've had multiple interviews and even spent a day in the field over the course of 7 weeks and still have not heard back from either Human Resources or the hiring Manager as to my status as a candidate. The Hiring Manager had excuses for never following up with me in the manner he said he would (a must for true Sales Professionals) during these interviews. Ignoring phone calls and emails is pathetic. A simple thank you we have decided to move forward with another candidate is professional. Additionally, I was told I would be compensated for my day in the field and asked to complete an I9 form and fax it to them. I did this and 4 weeks later I have not been paid. I'm truly shocked how a reputable public company handles recruiting. |
