Cintas sounds like they need different management.

I keep seeing bad comments on here and I'm believing them, as they are so in-depth and detailed. As someone as mentioned, "it's too bad, what gets into management, nowadays", I can totally agree. I am a manager of a large company. I try to treat all of my employees equally. I don't play favorites, mess with people's work, gossip about my employees, belittle them or overy criticize them. I actually try my best and I get back their best. Clearly, some people are only in management positions bbecause of the money. It's too bad. Then, some people just have no idea what they are even doing.
