The Constructive Dismissal of Employee with Child to Take Care of

It blows my mind how any company can treat multiple employees in such an unlawfull manner, and get away with it. Clearly, there is something else going on here. My experience, being bullied out of my job, it the same story of many others who have worked at Cintas. My ex-supervisor, in Maple Grove,MN, bullied another woman out of heR job before me, and I was lucky enough to be next. Clearly, he had no sense of right or wrong. He was a serial bully who loved power. I imagine, pushing people out of their jobs gave him some sick sort of high, never mind if they had children at home that they needed to take care of.
