I worked there for over three years. Cintas seemed to be the type of place where if you didn't have the type of personality that they were looking for, they (management) wanted you out. They seemed more concerned with discriminating and harrassing people than letting people do their jobs in peace. I saw it happen to a number of different people, all of whom were good employees, too. They don't value individuality-so if you don't mind blindly following-this is the place for you. They don't want thinkers there, and for obvious reasons, being anti-union and all. |
