I Like Working Here

Personally, I like Cintas...

I am treated very well here, moreso than other employees. I can totally understand why some would be upset, though. They pay me more for my position than employees who have been here longer than me (doing the same thing), so I'm not complaining! I get to do pretty much whatever I want, so I'm not complaining. My boss is really relaxed with me. I pretty much show up whenever I feel like it, not to brag, but it rules! I think I have missed around 13 days in the past five months and it's ok with management because they like me. I have it made. I can basically do whatever I want because I'm a friend of somebody "important" who works there. So, I'm not complaining!!! It's kind of funny, watching the employees who have to show up every day and actually do their jobs because they aren't related to someone in management. I just sit back and take it all in. I won't be leaving anytime soon. If you know somebody here, this is one of the best places you could work, especially if they work in management! You can do virtually anything, and get away with it. I love Cintas.

In MN, it starts at around 16.00/hr, goes up to 20.00/hr after training, and you get more with sales, like around 45,000/year.

So it's an hourly wage, not a salary?? I didn't realize that. Thanks for the info..
