This Place Seems Like A Real Joke

I applied for a position as an SSR. Someone called to set up an interview. I went to the interview and showed up on time. They were late. I waited and waited. Finally, thirty-five minutes later, somone showed up. He was like, sorry "just got back from lunch", um, ok!!! How rude and unprofessional! Then he started asking questions. The first couple of ones made sense and I answered easily. Then I realized he was asking me questions for a different position than what I had applied for! I asked him what was going on and he was like, we felt that since you are a woman, that you need to start training within the plant for two months. After that, you can start training as an SSR. I was dumbfounded! Why not just tell me you don't hire women for this type of job over the phone?! Why waste everyone's time? I then walked out. Yes folks, Cintas is a real joke!
