I am a service manager in the North East for Cintas' Rental Division. A Service Training Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the training of a team of Service Sales Representatives (our team of driving professionals). The STC will coordinate in conjunction with the service manager all aspects to the initial training and the ongoing training for all of the SSR's. They are an important part tothe success of the service team.
This is not a sales position, you are working for ther service department, but you will be training people how to upsell the current customer base with our existing product line.
