How to get in to Cintas

For those of you who currently work with cintas, my husband has been trying to get a ssr position for two years now. What kind of experience do you have that helped you get your position or get into the company and How did you stand out to actually get an intial interview. My husband applies for the position anytime it opens, has called the manager and the manager remembers his name...maybe, now he's at a loss of what to do next. He has a year's experience in sales and several years in customer service and some manager experience...i dunno...any suggestions?
