Especially if you're involved in any way, shape or form with high-technology. Lack of foresight and basic understanding of what's needed for certain projects, from the highest imaginable levels of management. Everyday I work here, I want to shoot myself in the face.

Be prepared to be good at making excuses if you work here. Stay away.

I feel for you the Tampa, FL Office is not better with Unisys/Dell and we have some guy Named Robert that has no clue to whats going on and his best "boy" is citi-group and does all of his work. You figure that one out here is a guy that was hired to take citi-group jobs and the Citi-group employee helps him do it.

i say that on a daily basis...that i would rather shoot myself than to go in to citi for any length of time. i am so extremely miserable and often make myself physically sick at the thought of going in to work. many reps have left to work at the other call center in town and have liked it much better. i've been there four years and hope to get a job in banking with my experience from there. don't work there if you can help it at all.

Down with Citigroup! They use a talent agency to do their hiring, or should I say a deception agency. If they can't do their own hiring, they don't deserve to be in business!

I feel for you, that's how I was while I was working in this company. Always busy and working overtime to complete tasks which were constantly dumped over as if nothing, and constantly got overloaded. Nobody cares if you do well.
No matter how well I did or how much I worked, no appreciations or recognitions from management. Of course, no promotion or whatsover based on your achievement and hard work. I was very miserable doing it all for nothing, why would I have to make myself miserable like this? KWIM?

This company is good for you if
1)you have no social life at all
2)your real life only exists within your company you work for
3)you are good at covering things up/making excuses
4)you are an a__ kisser and YES person
5)you are happy becoming a honey-bee and don't expect anything else from this company
6)last but not least, you are OK with excessive work-load & low-pay.

Glad I quit. I swear I'll NEVER work in this company again.
