Can anyone tell me what recruiting for Citibank is like? Also, how do they grade performance? What is the salary like? Is it stressful? Is there any mobility into other HR positions? THANKS! |

Alert! Alert! Alert! If you are a programmer, be aware that the Indian programmers have set up a way to keep non-Indians out. I just wasted 20 minutes on the phone with an SOB who was used a slurred heavy accent until I asked him why he was asking me such unusal, esoteric questions..then his accent suddenly disappeared and he said "Would you please answer the question" quite clearly. And the manager of this group is an Indian as well. They are systematically excluding non-Indians by asking abnormal, esosteric questions about parts of the language that aren't normally used. I've been in this specialty for 15 years, and have been tech checked by independent outside firms, and the questions they asked weren't normal or appropriate. They were designed to undermine me, and prove my incompetence for hr purposes."See, only Indians can rise to our lofty standards." I am a hiring manager, and I'll never allow an Indian to interview anyone for a technical screening again. I see their game, and I won't allow good candidates to be lost because of their illegal bias. I just wish somebody would wake up and put a stop to the illegal activities of Indians in Corporate America! |

They did the same to me at another company...the Indians from India only hire Indians. It's bias! |
