Citi has a grief policy in place. It is human nature to assign blame to others for your own inadequicies. You may want to consider that it had nothing to do with a family member's death and perhaps your performance as a whole was not up to par. For example, you misspelled a simple word "griefing instead of grieving" in your post. It is always easy to spot the posts that are simply disgruntled employees transferring blame to someone else.
