I have been offered a new personal banker position in Southern California with a base of 40k + commission and bonus. What is your base and how do pb salaries differ from citibank vs other banks?

In Northern California, the base starts around $36K for personal bankers, but would probably be more if one was securities licensed. $40K for Southern California sounds about right. It's pretty competitive with other larger banks like B of A or Wells.
