Citi Cares

Do you feel Citi cares about it's employees? What about this so called "5 pt plan?" What about changing the culture by placing Citi Cards management throughout the Mortgage business. Where is this company headed?

oh please...citi doesnt care about the employees, they care about their numbers. in my dept, we are on four different skill sets, and they're trying to keep increasing that. citi wants to dump off as much work as possible on the reps already there to avoid hiring new reps and pay out more money. oh, and for the FOUR different skill sets, it's all the same pay as before. no increase for the excessive workload. there has been a worse turnover rate this year with all the new changes than there were ever before and i work in a small dept. there've been more gone this year than the past couple years put together.

citi does not care for their employees it is only the "ALMIGHTY DOLLAR" that they
care about
