CITIGROUP HAVE A REPUTATION AS A RUTHLESS COMPANY.
I HAVE COME ACROSS SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO GOT BEHIND ON CCARD PAYMENTS WITH THEM DURIONG MY BUSINESS DEALINGS AND CITI WERE RELENTLESS IN THEIR CHASING OF THEM - THEY WOULD NOT COME TO A PAYMENT AGREEMENT - AND CONSTANTLY HARRASSED THEM ABOUT THE LATE PAYMENTS. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE CULTURE IS LIKE THERE BUT THEY ARE RUTHLESS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. I BELIEVE THEY ARE ALSO ONE OF THE FIRST COMPANIES TO HAVE MOVED OUT OF STATE TO THE NORTHERN STATES ORIGINALLY SO THAT THEY COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE NO LIMIT % RATES OFFERED IN SD AND DE.

CitiGroup just laid off 17000 people and they're probably not finished. so take from that what you will...
