Expat packages for Citigroup employees/execs?

Hi everyone,
I'm a reporter looking into the awarding of expat packages at big U.S. banks, including Citi. I'd love to hear from anyone who has info about this.
My understanding is that banks have been scaling back these packages in recent years, but that some senior people based overseas still receive housing allowances, paid education for children, free flights home, COLA's, etc.
