Direct Sales Manager Clearwire

It looks like Clearwire is about to extend me an offer to come on as a Direct Sales Manager.

Any feedback on what type of salary/total comp I should expect.

Everyone on this forum seems to think they work their people too hard. Anyone that's worked as a sales manager for them care to comment?

It’s not that they work them to hard its more about the policy's. They have incredible churn poor service and blame the employees. I was hired by Clearwire in Las Vegas as the General Manager. I meet with the upper management and was given all kinds of reports. I realized right then and there that any company that have 68 percent churn has to many problem. I resigned that day.

Do they work you to hard?? but I do now it’s not a good company to work for and with Sprint/Nextel in trouble that compounds the problem.
