CNIB is a valued charity that is suffering in hard times. As a result they are laying off constantly, having done massive layoffs twice in the last few years. Pay is sub-par, with benefits okay. No bonuses or incentives. Employees in the end are treated "like a number" and like crap, as they can't afford to take care of them.
My advice stay away if you want to have a job that will last more than a couple of years. Donate instead, and go work for another charity that will value your loyalty, efforts and contributions.
THere is too much negativity going around to make it a worthwhile effort.
