The extended health benefits are from Great West Life and they are pretty good overall. In general 90% dental, $500 / year on most extended health services (massage, chiro, acupuncture, etc..), prescription medication covered.

Salaries vary depending on your position how ever in general they are much lower then industry standards which is one reason why I left this firm but I must say it's still a great place to learn if you don't care about the money and working hard / long all the time. Switching to a similar position in a different firm provided me with 15 - 20K / year more annually and a much better work / life balance. At Cobalt Engineering, Designers are paid roughly:

Junior: 38 - 45K
Intermediate: 48 - 58K
Senior: 61 - 75K

Again far lower then set industry standards. Even a fresh Engineering graduate starts off at 55 - 60K as a standard in other firms but again great place to learn.
